Based on your personal information (health, body type, lifestyle, history) I work with you to customize a plan that fits your needs. You don't have to starve. You don't have to give up all of the foods you love and your social life. You don't have to chew on a piece of lettuce all day.. Once we have mastered your nutrition it will be a long term and sustainable lifestyle.

What is a Macro? How much of what should I be eating? How can I reach my goals with my work schedule? Is fasting smart? Keto? I break it all down for you with a custom meal plan and an easy way to track. Every program is customized to the individual.

Coaching is more than just giving you a meal plan and accountability. It’s gaining a true understanding as to “why” you might not like where you are now, “how” you may have come to this place and more importantly “what” can I do about it. Diets themselves typically and statistically fail...So, why is that? My goal is to help you understand the root cause of your why and develop a plan to overcome previous failures and not return..

Hey, I'm Keith.

Because dieting for me like the vast majority of us was difficult for me as well...its a struggle...I was obsessed with being lean and although I tried just about everything, I couldn't stick to the super strict diets year round. I would eat chicken, broccoli and rice 6 times a day and it was hell.. I was lean, I was fat, I was lean, then fat again. It was all so rigid and limiting, I couldn’t adhere to it for long periods of time. After years of personal trial and error, research and learning what works and doesn't ...I finally developed not only a strategy to get lean, but learned that I was rooted in some serious habits that I had to change if I waa going to make it sustainable and drastically reduce my binge eating.

From there is where I first not only helped myself, but a few of my personal training clients with a sustainable lifestyle approach to nutrition and weight management.

-Now after years of experience I have honed my skills in the kitchen as well as mind set, altering habits and how to edge out daily routines to stay lean year round
